Halloween came and we didn't dress up for class, I'm so glad we didn't, but many people on campus did. It was like a guessing game of what people were: Bravehart, Where's Waldo, A Cereal Killer, Alice and Wonderland...
I went to work and many of the Elders thought it was hilarious to switch badges to "dress up" as someone else. After 2 elders, I didn't think it was so clever anymore.
Work was over and we began doing some preparation for our costumes. We drove to Macy's but first I had to find a post office to send in my Ballot (so i could have a say in this great election). It took forever to find a post office... Finally we got there right as they were locking the door and the man very meanly said "Put it into that box." I did so it would be post marked Nov. 1. Anywho...
After finally finding the post office we worked our way to Macy's to buy white trash bags.
Finally we got home to some wonderful made soup. Broccoli and Cheese. Cierra, our apartment mom, came through. It was Delish! We made our costumes, or dresses, with lots of tape and creativity. And This is what we came up with. We were White Trash Wedding, each of us brides. Note the super rings!
So we dressed ourselves and then we went to the Heritage Central building for a sweet dance. We danced it up. Who knew that Plastic was so hot, especially when tightly wrapped around your body. The dance was hot but we were even hotter, in more than one way :) So the dance was great. It started raining but we weren't worried because we were wearing waterproof dresses which made it ok.

After the dance, we came back to watch Lady in the Water but I was way tired! So Tielle and I fell asleep on each other on the couch and then realized that there were two perfectcally good beds waiting for us so we went into bed.
Only a small amount of candy was consumed becaue, No Trick or Treating and the creamery was kinda out of it... OH well.
All in all this was one great halloween!! I sure enjoyed breakin' it down in white plastic garbage bags!
